This is first in a four part series where we will explore various concepts that will help you learn and implement a successful DevOps transformation. In this session, you will learn about various software deployment models, the importance of continuous delivery and how Azure DevOps is accelerating software deployments. You will also learn to plan smarter and collaborate better using the set of Azure DevOps tools such as Azure Board, Azure Repos, Azure Pipeline, Azure Artifacts and Azure Test Plans. This session will cover the process of identifying the project metrics & KPI’s, as well as creating the right organization structure to have the best Agile practice.
Who is it aimed at?
This workshop is open for anyone who would like to learn the basics of DevOps.
